Roles before profiles
Start with what the event needs, not who happens to be browsing.
Tell us the roles you need covered. We put the right people in place, prepared and accounted for, with backup when plans change.
Finding names is only part of the job. The real work is making sure the right roles are understood, filled, briefed and present when the event begins.
You shouldn’t be handed another list to chase. You should be given one outcome to rely on.
You define the roles. We take responsibility for the people side: who turns up, what they know, and what happens when someone drops out.
Start with what the event needs, not who happens to be browsing.
Preparation, arrivals and late changes run through the same team, not another list of contacts.
We actively seek an appropriate replacement and keep the organiser informed.
One straightforward process that starts with your event and ends with an agreed coverage plan.
Tell us the date, venue, event format and roles you need supported. We agree the scope and responsibility boundary upfront.
SportShift assembles the crew, collects and records required credentials, confirms who is coming and runs the pre-event briefing.
You keep ownership of the school event. We focus on delivering the agreed crew roles and managing staffing changes.
SportShift-managed replacement support means cancellations come back to us. We actively seek an appropriate replacement, keep the organiser informed of critical gaps and do not bill unfulfilled role hours.
Replacement support is actively managed. It is not an unconditional staffing guarantee.
We are speaking with WA school sport teams and preparing a small number of managed pilot events. The first offer is deliberately narrow so scope, reliability and value can be measured properly.
Check whether your event fitsChecks, insurance and responsibility are being built as launch gates for the pilot. This roadmap shows what is coming soon and what is under review, without presenting planned controls as active today.
Pilot crew will provide current WWC details before being put forward. SportShift will record the card number, class and expiry as part of event preparation.
Next milestone: confirm the validation method, expiry monitoring and which party signs off before each event.
Broker advice will define the public liability, workers compensation and any additional cover required for the managed pilot model.
Next milestone: bind the required cover and make the relevant certificate of currency available before any paid crew deployment.
A written responsibility matrix will define what SportShift manages and what remains with the school, including teaching supervision and school governance.
Next milestone: review the matrix with advisers and agree it in writing with each pilot school before crew attend.
Share the event and the roles creating pressure. We will confirm whether the pilot fits and what the next step involves.
SportShift is opening a small number of WA pilot places. An enquiry is not a booking or guarantee of availability.
